  • Teams can be set up by interest in specific challenges or by talents or any other meaningful grouping determined by the organizers of the program.
  • Teams are organized and managed by an adult called a Team Manager. The time and frequency of practices is determined by the Team Manager.
  • Team building is an important part of each group that works together.
  • Team practices should include experiencing a wide variety of instant challenges in order to teach at practice team work, creativity development, and problem solving skills. The other portion of each practice is spent with the chosen main challenge.
